AYP has been established to improve the personal development of the African community leaving in UK. Our focus is to provide information and guidance on education, employment, health, marriage, and youth services. We offer advice, guidance and coaching for people looking to get or progress through a job or career. We work with our members on finding the right area for them to work within and to get clear and relevant information on the kind of career they may wish to undertake. We assist with application forms and covering letters as well as helping produce a concise and dynamic CV that promotes the prospective employees and their skills in the best light. We also help with preparations for interviews and in further proceedings when the person is offered a job.We also decided to build a database of single males and females from our community and other local communities who wish to get married to put in disposition of our members. AYP are building a strong relationship whit the local colleges, learndirect centres and other learning providers for the benefit of our members. This will help them find different learning program at their local aria and this will also help them choose the learning program, which meet their need.
